What should I expect on my first appointment?

We will arrive at your home and will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. Your first appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment. Subsequent appointments will move along faster.

 

Will I have the same cleaning person each visit?

Yes. You will have the same cleaning professional for each visit. We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home. You will have a team of two cleaners (same team) for each cleaning.

 

 

What is green Home Cleaning?

We pamper all our clients with our Eco-Friendly House cleaning at no extra charge. The difference is that your home is cleaned with Natural Cleaning Products with NO harsh cleaning chemicals.

 

Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service – guaranteed!

 

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We’ll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it altogether.

 

 

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24-hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, just simply give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with, at no cost to you. Please note that refund are not offered without the Re-clean being accepted. Re-clean will only be completed with-in 48- hours window from your date of service otherwise, it will be denied. No refund will be accept if Re-clean is denied. 

 

About Our Flat Rate Services

Your fee is based on the quality and completion of the job. We cannot offer a discount because the provider completed the job faster or slower than anticipated

We cannot complete any cleaning of outdoor areas, biohazards, inside machinery like dishwashers, washing machines, inside the stove hood, etc.

We can provide an estimate for the length of the service, however, we cannot guarantee how long the appointment will take.

You are welcome to specify if you are only interested in booking for a finite amount of time, however, we cannot guarantee completion of the job if you are imposing a cut-off.

The cleaner(s) cannot perform junk removal larger than a few regular sized trash bags, so please be sure that any large debris is removed or relocated prior to the cleaning.

Please empty all cabinets and defrost all freezers prior to service with these extras, if applicable.

The cleaner(s) will bring all necessary supplies unless you’d like them to use something specific, in which case it can be left on premises for them with instructions on how/where to use.

Please note that the cleaner(s) will not be able to bring a step stool or ladder, so if there are any extremely high or out of reach areas that you’d like cleaned, we ask that you provide a safe means of access.

Cleaning for All Rooms:

  • Dust picture frames, shelves, knickknacks, furniture, baseboards, lamps, ceiling fans, blinds and woodwork
  • Remove all cobwebs
  • Dust window sills, ledges, and doors
  • Clean glass surfaces, interior and exterior glass on doors, and mirrors
  • Vacuum all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs (as well as trim every room and space with vacuum wand)/Mop all floors (Scrub any hard to get spots with scrub brush)
  • Remove trash and replace bags
  • Make beds (Will change sheets if sitting out)

Kitchen cleaning:

  • Disinfect counter tops & back splashes
  • Scrub and sanitize sinks
  • Disinfect and polish taps
  • Clean and polish the exterior of stove, refrigerator, dishwasher any other small appliances.
  • Wipe microwave oven inside and out
  • Clean and disinfect dining table tops
  • Cleaning of outside surface of range hood
  • Remove all cobwebs
  • Dust window sills, ledges, and doors
  • Clean glass surfaces, interior and exterior glass on doors, and mirrors
  • Vacuum all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs (as well as trim every room and space with vacuum wand)/Mop all floors (Scrub any hard to get spots with scrub brush)
  • Remove trash and replace bags
  • Make beds (Will change sheets if sitting out)

Bathroom cleaning:

  • All mirrors and counter tops
  • Scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks.
  • Clean glass surfaces and mirrors
  • Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets.
  • Wash entire floors and corners

deep cleaning extras:

  • Clean baseboards & interior doors
  • Stove pulled out, inside and outside cleaned
  • Refrigerator pulled out and outside cleaned (Inside cleaned if empty)
  • Interior Window Cleaning (if accessible, inside only)
  • Cabinets Exterior (Interior only if empty)
  • Vacuum upholstered furniture, including under cushions.
